Insight Hospice and Palliative Care Corp. enables the coming together of the family at an important time in the patient’s life.

The entire family is encouraged and taught to provide this special comforting care by the hospice team in the home, residential facility, or skilled nursing facility. This helps families pull together at a very difficult time

Patients and families are allowed to make choices and decisions for the treatment and choices and decisions for the treatment and care they wish in this crucial stage of life.

Any patient with a terminal illness tat wishes to have these palliative or comfort services with the authorization of their primary physician/s order are considered for admission.

The patient must be diagnosed by the physician, as having an illness with life expectancy of six months or less, will qualify for hospice services..

Hospice care is paid for by private health insurance plans, Medi-Cal, Medicare when a patient qualifies for this special care. Private pay arrangements can be made when a patient’s do not have other options.
